The worst was up north a bit...
Just a lot of noise, wind and water here.
Creek is up since I am downhill from most of it.
Cooler though. We've been close to 90 most days, don't go out much in that.

I hope it warms back up....... I want summer weather. Edit..... is warming back up, or at least it seems that way since I've been mowing.
We had a tornado come through here........ it grazed my neighborhood, but I could walk to the school were a lot of the trees are topped, and a neighborhood that has huge trees up rooted and buildings damaged. It's not Greenville, by any means, but we normally don't get damage like this. I saw pictures of a carport, that looks fine...... until you realize it was a garage. Oddly, the walls are gone, but the roof staid put. The roof of the neighborhood church is gone. I haven't actually gone over there, but I've seen pictures from a friend whose parents live over there. She says the pictures don't show how bad it really is. Thankfully, her parents only had to fish deck furniture out of the pool.
I have neighbors that had a few limbs come down, and one with a pine that came down, but nothing too awful. The houses and trees out on the main road that my neighborhood is off of, did get damaged, Though. A few big trees uprooted. I saw a crushed garage roof. I thank the Lord that I only had dead sticks come out of my trees....... and of course I didn't have power for awhile...... probably 18 hours.
A friend whose cousin is in the fire dept. (and was out all night after the storm) told me that nobody died.

Well, I just shipped a 1005B to STL from the East Coast. Took a pallet and about $75.
